This children's arts camp has a
long history, many of the supporters
of its current redesign once having
used it when they were kids themselves.
This particular building structure on
the campground site is the main lodging
building. It's a mixed use program,
including sleeping bunkrooms, eating
areas, and events spaces. The new
design includes a complete interior
renovation, a large scale addition,
and a refacing of the exterior. The
concept was to mix the old with new,
best described as a 'modernized rustic'
arts sensibility.
