This site analysis device is designed to connect people to the land. The apparatus is a set of drawing sticks look like tectonic blades of grass. The joints are designed with ball-and-socket connections and the sticks, when flat on the, ground, inlay in slate that is used as a drawing palet on the site. When in standing position, the kinetic construction of the 'blades of grass' allow them to mimic the movement of grass blowing in the wind.
