Our studio provided associate architect services at the beginning phases of this project. The redesign involved extensive interior changes to the accessory spaces. The original construction was of a commercial building system, primarily steel, concrete, and glass. The large amounts of glass connected the interior and exterior with light, shadow, and reflection.
