This quaint model located in the most majestic part of Malibu along Pacific Coast Highway is a cultural landmark. Phase one of our work includes completion of the interior contemporary renovation of all of rooms, which involves new finishes, furniture, and artwork consisting of historical Malibu beach surf photography. A majority of the clients still staying at the motel are what the owner refers to as Malibu surf families.

The remaining phases of the renovation include a site revitalization of the porches and the pool area, a restored entryway including analysis of viewpoints of the motel from PCH, and an extensive addition to the main lobby including a fitness area and library.
