This community recreational center
is designed to maximise opportunities
for visual and social interactivity.
The front and back of the building
are staggered at different heights
so people can see the activities
happening from floor to floor through
the open court through the building
center. The building required baseball
batting cages, which were designed on
a netted roof garden which opened up
to Boston's urban environment.
