Rocky Mountain B & B is
located within the historical
area of Breckenridge, Colorado.
Years back, a make-shift sun
room was added to the back using
poor construction technique and
materials. This minor renovation
shaped a new exterior space to
serve the previous function of the
sun room including a new roof, deck
& stairs, jacuzzi, and landscaping.
The design intent was to locate
the jacuzzi in front of the bay
window, so the users could see
the reflection of the mountains
in the glass.
