Originally designed by the
Architect for his family,
this existing house is one
of the few contemporary
designs in the entire city.
The new young owners, both in
design fields, have worked to
restore and update the home.
Wanting to engage in a
thorough design process,
they enlisted Ms. Hoeksema
to develop concepts and
detailed construction drawings,
starting with a simple bathroom
remodel.

We are now starting phases II & III of
this redesign, a conversion of the
house's lower level into a family
room, game room, home theater called
an Interactive Rec Room & Organic
Kitchen a complete dining, kitchen,
living room redesign.
