One of our next upcoming feature projects is architecture as art in that we're developing a residential real estate parcel, utilizing sustainable retrofitting techniques for an existing house recylcing project, and then reselling the property.

The primary goal for this project is to be conservative with material and technology use and at the same time vastly improving the environmental efficiency and quality of a residential property; all the while shaping a unique, beautiful, and intelligent work of architecture.

Although we have our investment seed money as well as some investment financing for construction, we are always looking to build our equity fund. If you are interested in participating please contact us at the studio.
